KILL HANNAH CRITIC'S CHOICE
From Mississippi to New York, the kudos continue to flow....

"Kill Hannah is one of those bands that offers a refreshing sound capable of going outside the commercial mold while still remaining saccharine enough to hook in the average Joe (or Jill).

While the band's music levitates more toward the stylings of an edgier version of '80s synth pop act Duran Duran than most of their avant garde "art rock" peers, they've still managed to develop a sonic experience that is unparalleled to anything currently in the commercial musical climate.

The most impressive aspect of Kill Hannah's major label debut, "For Never and Ever," is its ability to maintain a fluid listening experience that packs enough energy and melodic sensibility that the listener never has to resort to the overused skip button. Producer Sean Beavan (Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson) built on top of all the elements that made the group such a strong underground presence and maximized those ingredients to their full potential."

The Daily Missippippian

"With Garbage like riffs wrapped in synth instrumentation, Chicago quintet Kill Hannah has found the switch and flipped electronica back on..... The group takes its name from the homicidal fantasies of singer Mat Devine, who sings as if he's Joan Jett in drag....Offensive? Maybe 20 years ago. Today it sounds like rock star 101."
