Careers don’t happen by accident. They are shaped over time — through trust, timing, and the ability to recognize potential before it’s fully formed.

My work has always been centered on long-term thinking. Not chasing moments, but building careers that can evolve — creatively, commercially, and personally — without losing their center.

I am drawn to producers, engineers, and artists who value depth over speed, and decisions that hold up over decades rather than cycles. People whose work is defined by feel, taste, and judgment — not formulas or trends.

Much of my role is invisible. Listening. Asking questions. Creating space. Sometimes pushing, sometimes protecting. Often seeing possibilities before the people I work with can see them themselves.

The through-line across every collaboration is intention. Choosing the work carefully. Choosing the people carefully. And trusting that the right path is rarely the loudest one.
